Our foundry-products are passing through a permanent process in our production halls. A certain course is regularly kept: from the production of the raw casting to the ready-to-install casting component:

Core sand for the core shooter is mixed in our high mechanised core shop, in the moulding shop the compaction of moulding sand is made on our small- and huge moulding plant and in the melting shop, the spheroidal material sorts are subject to the melting process. A verifying revision of the castings is made in the castings treatment.
