With these solutions, not only can the equipment and components be designed in an optimized way, they also allow them to be manufactured as economically and efficiently as possible.

Nowadays, it is inconceivable to work without online data transfer and processing of design data of our customers and suppliers.

Furthermore, experienced engineers from Jürgens Foundry support the economic transfer of new developments. Especially in the case of highly stressed components, with FEM calculations it is possible to simulate and pre-determine residual stress, deformations, as well as the strength of components. Extensive materials testing and high-precision measuring of components are also purposefully used.

In our demonstration show room newly developed machines are tested until their readiness for start of production. In this area, the looms and equipment are available to our customers for their own testing purposes. This offers the possibility for the customer to base the decision on practical experience already prior to the investment.
