We have modern machinery for the fabrication and processing of machine components. Besides the machined processing steps and the necessary welding work, colour and surface coatings are also effected, as well as the mounting of components. A mechanical test-run is done with each machine prior to delivery.

As an international equipment manufacturer for decades, we have developed a high degree of expertise and experience in our own machining shop. Here, we focus on the continuous development of the different manufacturing steps using modern machining centres, CNC lathes, drill machines and milling machines. A modern welding robot is used where highest precision and reproducibility is required.

In our own electrical work shop control boxes and control systems for our machines are completed. The electrical installation up to the software start-up is effected by our own personnel.

Furthermore, the manufacturing programme is complemented by a specialized and high-capacity sub supplier`s base.
