As a leading specialist we supply the required wide weaving looms and heavy duty looms for technical fabrics worldwide. Regarding weft insertion, we are the only manufacturer to successfully apply the projectile, band rapier as well as weaving shuttle for endless weaving.
We are setting standards regarding productivity and quality. With the fastest wide weaving looms, 120 ppm – weaving width: 11m, our customers are producing first-class products at highest efficiency- and machine availability levels.
Our heavy duty looms are also designed for highest cloth tensions of up to 65.000 N/m in the beat-up.
The widest weaving loom of 33.15 m was supplied by Jürgens in 2005. A world record, registered in the Guinness Book of World Records.
For the paper machine clothing industry (filtration fabrics for paper sheet formation and carrying and drying of the paper sheet), we also deliver the required PMC Beamer and Creels for warp preparation. Messrs. Karl Mayer, situated in Obertshausen, is our reliable partner for this application. Beaming speeds of up to 500 / min is the daily business of our customers.
The picture is rounded up by modern facilities for heat setting and finishing of PMC fabrics.
